Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 3506 N. National Avenue in Springfield, Missouri, was started in north Springfield in 1905 by Judge Ben J. Diermer. Map The Greenlawn Funeral Home at 3506 North National, began as an out growth of the Cemetery.

We visited Greenlawn Cemetery in June 2008 and took the photos shown on this page.

The graves of Harvey & Elizabeth Bash are under this big Maple tree. The tree would have been very small when they were buried there but now the tree roots are intruding on Elizabeth's grave and grave marker.
