General Notes:Carolyn McKinzie reports a family legend that John W. was lost from a wagon during a family

the following morning, John W. was never found. We believe the legend may be incorrect in as much as the
wagon train that is suggested in the legend didn't occur until two years following the recorded deaths of Margaret
and John W.
