John Cooke and Elizabeth Burch were born in the State of Maryland about the year 1720

Robert Cooke was born March 28th 1752

Susannah Watson wife of Robert Cooke was born May 8th 1760. both citizens of St. Marys Couny and State of Maryland and emigrated to Culpper County and State of Virginia in 1787 and in 1791 remove to the state of South Carolina and Greenville District and North fork of Saluda river and resided there 25 years & in 1816 removed to the State of Tennessee and County of White eight miles West of the town of Sparta at a place known by the name of the green bottom where they are both buried and enclosed on one Rock tomb.

Robert Cooke departed this life Nov 12th 1841. and Susannah Cooke departed this life may 12th 1823.
