Obituary for Minnie N. (Eslinger) McNeis:
Mrs. McNeis Dies After Long Illness
Mrs. Minnie McNeis, wife of Oscar McNeis, and devoted member of the Christain church, died at 5 o'clock this morning at her home, 653 Third
avenue west, following an illness of six month's duration. Mrs. McNeis was a women of outstanding Christanity, who maintained an active interest in
the church work until the time of her last illness, being a member of the Women's Council and the Women's Missionary society. She came to Twin Falls
with her family nine years ago from Missouri. Mrs. McNeis was born October 29, 1878 in Cedar Springs, Missouri
Surviving her are her husband; two daughters Mrs. L.C. Jones and Mrs. Cleon Hembree; a sister, Mrs. W.E. Durham; two brothers, Walter Eslinger and
J.O. Eslinger, all of Twin Falls, and her mother, Mrs. J.T. Eslinger, and two other brothers, Elva Eslinger and Glenn Eslinger, all of Eldorado Springs,
Missouri.
The body lies at the White mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon from the Christian church, the Rev. C. C. Curtis in charge.
Interment will be in Twin Falls cemetery.
