Myrtle Mary Evans, 95
McMinnville resident Myrtle Mary Evans, 95, died Feb. 18 at her
residence after a brief illness.
A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Richmond James and
Myrtle M. McGee Farless. She was preceded in death by her husband
Clyde Etter Evans, a Warren County native, who died Aug. 8, 1984.
She was a member of Shellsford Baptist Church.
She is survived by a sister, Hazel Zimmer, Toledo, OH; several
nieces and nephews; and special friends, Betty and Billy McMillen
where she has lived since the death of her sister, Mrs. Luther
Curtis.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at High’s Chapel with Jimmy Bond
officiating. Burial will be at Shellsford Cemetery. Visitation will
begin today at noon and last until the service.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
