HENRY HOUSE PASSED AWAY THURSDAY Henry Lincoln House son of Ezra and Julie House, was born Nov. 22, 1861 at Royalton, Fairfield County, Ohio, and departed this life at Cambridge, Nebr., on Aug. 3, 1939 at the age of 77 years, 6 months 11 days. He was united in marriage to Dora Belle Runkle at Lincoln, Nebr. To this union six children were born, five boys and one girl; one boy and the girl passing away in infancy. Mr. House came to Furnas Counmty in 1891, locating on a homestead six miles south of Cambridge. With the exception of a few years spent in Missouri, he has made this community his home ever since. He has been failing in health for the past year during which time he has been confined to the home. His faithful wife and son James were untiring in their efforts to care for him during his long illness. He leaves to mourn his departure his loving wife Dora Belle House, four sons, James F. of Cambridge, Nebr., Harley E. of New Point, Mo.; Albert P. of Avalon, Mo.; and Walter L. of Stansberry, Mo.; also eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. The funeral service was held from the Methodist Church of Cambridge, Nebr. conducted by the pastor, Rev. Ernest Gaither, on Aug. 6, 1939 at 2:30 p.m. Music was furnished by a quartet com- posed of Mrs. D.B. Dick, Mrs. A.E. Gaither, D.B. Dick, and L.C. Richardson with Mrs. O. Byler at the piano. Interment was in the Cambridge cemetery.
