This indenture made the Eighth day of Septem-
ber one thousand Eight hundred and twenty
six between Clendenen McGee of the County
of Warren and State Tennessee of the one part
and William M. Robinson of the same County
and state of the other part

Witnesseth that I the said Clendenen
McGee have this day bargained and sold unto
the said William M. Robinson all my right
title interest and claim unto a certain tract
or parcel of land containing Two Hundred and
Twenty Acres which land divided from John
McGee deceased unto his heirs of which I
am one Situated in the County of Warren and
State of Tennessee in the third district on the
East side of Collins River Beginning at an
Elm and Dogwood in conditiional line made
by Jacob Weaver and thence with said Cond-
ditional line South fifteen degrees East sixty
five poles to an Elm on the conditional line at
the foot of a Mountain thence with the mean-
ders of the mountain west twenty poles thence forty
one degrees West sixty poles thence along the Mount-
ain West one hundred and ten poles to a Buckeye
thence North one hundred and Seven poles to an
Elm on the side of the Mountain the North West
Corner of Said McGees preemption thence North one
hundred and thirty poles to a Black Oak and Hick-
ory on the side of said mountain thence East one
hundred and fourteen poles to a hickory in a con-
ditional line made with Jacob Weaver thence
with said conditional line South ten degrees
East Sixty poles to a popular thence twenty three
degrees East seventy two poles to an elm and
Dogwood thence West one hundred and fifty poles
to the Beginning. Be it known that the said
McGee have this day in for the consideration of
one hundred dollars to me in hand paid Bargained
sold and conveyed all my right title interest
and claim unto said boundary of land to
William M. Robinson
