   One of the five brothers, David McGee, was a Kentucky pioneer who settled on Howards Creek (Clark Co.) in 1775 and established McGee's Station about 2 1/2 miles northwest of Boonesborough. He died in 1823 leaving two sons, John and David McGee, Jr.
