When I was a small boy my great grand father Ernest McGee gave my oldest sister and myself a silver dollar each. We were in front of the corner drug store on Spring Street, across from the First National Bank, in McMinnville. I must have been 5 or 6 at the time. I remember he was a tall man. It is amazing how special moments stay with you.
