The N1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Sec 18, Twp. 21 North, Range 12 West, and the E 1/2 NE1/4 SE1/4 of Sec 13, Twp. 21 North, Range 13 West, containing in the aggregate 100 acres, more or less.

Note: W.A. McGee the owner in fee simple of the lands above described departed this life on or about the 23rd day of December in the year 1927, and left surviving his widow Margaret McGee and an only child Althea McGee.

That his wido later married Robert T. Mitchell. That Althea McGee the adopted daughter of W.A. McGee and Margaret McGee is now an adult and a maried person whose name is Althea Corbin, and both sane persons.

That there are no other heirs of the said W.A.McGee.
