FLOYD RALPH WATERS
Floyd Ralph Waters, son of Nelson Hadley Waters and Elvina Crockett, was born November 1, 1886 at Ulysses, NE and passed away at the McKay Memorial Hospital at Soap Lake, Washing-ton, on July 14, 1977 at the age of 90 years, 8 months, 13 days.
On March 10, 1928 he was united in marriage to Ada May Trosper, who passed away January 5, 1934 at Scottsbluff, NE.
On October 15,1949 he was united in marrige to Grace L. Trosper.
Farming was his main occupa-tion until he moved to the Colum-bia Basin in Washington in 1939 where he built his own home in Ephrata, WA, residing there since. He also established the Ephrata Trailer Court.
Floyd was a member of the Robert W. Furnas Lodge (No. 265) A.F. and A.M. of Scotts-bluff, NE and was a veteran of World War I, having served in the Navy four years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and two brothers.
He is survived by his widow Grace, several nieces and nep-hews and many friends.
Funeral services were held Monday July 18th at the Nicholas Funeral Home, Ephrata, WA, Dr. Wilford L. Johnson officiating. Interment in the Fairview Cemetery, Cambridge, NE on July 20, 1977. Graveside services by the Masonic Lodge (No. 150) of Cambridge, NE Reverend Tom Peck officiating.
