The following is an interesting image contributed by Lavona Kiger Pakko. Lavona a descendent of Leonard J. Maskal and Charity McIndoo Maskal. As the autographs states it was written to a cousin in the Maskal family. Maybe a few of you might have one of these old autograph books laying around and they are interesting. This has helped us discover where Ella McIndoo, 15 years old at the time, and her parents, John Milton McIndoo and Elizabeth Cunningham McIndoo lived in 1890. Thanks so much Lavona
The following are Canadian Census images that I found on the Ancestry.com site. The first image we do have info on but it helped with a couple small matters. The image in the middle is a curious one that I can't seem to find names for. Have I missed something here? Can someone help? The one on the right I have to admit I haven't investigated yet. Anyone that want to copy these is fully welcome. Let me know if they helped someone.
Newest Items! Many thanks again here to Susan Zmrzel! I have had these images that Susan sent to me quite a while back and have never put them on the homepage until now. The subject is the a church that had several names but the McIndoo's were heavily involved in the creation of this church. A short description is given in the first image link below. Images are numbered according to the original page numbers. Most of the images have a fairly large file size to keep as much quality as possible so for those of you without a fast connection, please give them a moment to download. They are a little fuzzy but hope you can read them. MANY, MANY names are mentioned here that are of interest. Some of the names were previously underlined but many others had connection, one way or another, with the McIndoo's. Click on the links and then simply click the "Back" button on your browser to return here. Those of you with the newer version of Internet Explorer may have to put the cursor on the image and click on the symbol to show it in full size because IE wants to compress the image to single page size. To make it legible I had to make the image fairly large. Enjoy! Washington
