Hi Folks
I don't know if any connection can possibly be found, but my
Great Grandmother was Margaret McVey. She was born in Montreal,
Quebec, on 14 October 1841, of Irish background. She married my
Great Grandfather, John Wilson Duffie on 14 November, 1867.
They had 9 children as far as I can tell. Margaret died in
Montreal on 8 November, 1888. I have found out very little
about her family, except that her father was named John McVey
and her mother was Jane Robinson.
