About Adam Shively Burgert

Adam's death certificate states that he died of a cerebral hemorrage. Adam was a carpenter. He is buried in Orange Cemetery, which was renamed abt 1992-3 to Lakeside Cemetary, in Webster, Wisconsin. There is a BURGERT family headstone, and no personal headstones for Adam or his Charlotte. The Burgert family lived in Etna Green, Kosciusko Co, Wayne Twp, Indiana before the children, and perhaps only the sons, moved to Menomonie, Wis. It seems that the Hall, Shively, Baker and Burgert families intermarried and all knew each other. They lived in the same areas together in Ohio, Indiana and then Wisconsin. The Hall family is the first to have moved to Dunn County, Wisconsin and then Adam and Charlotte Hall Burgert moved there too.
