David H. Allison was born 1860 in Missouri, the son of James and Nancy (Johnson) Allison. David was a farmer and later owned a livery stable in Van Buren, Carter County, Missouri.
He was married ca 1891 to Mattie Franklin. She was born ca 1872 in Missouri.
David H. Allison died in 1924. Mattie died in 1940. They are both buried in the Masonic and Van Buren Cemetery, Van Buren, Carter County, Missouri.
They were the parents of three known children:
(1) Walter Allison was born ca 1891.
(2) Nina Allison was born ca 1894.
(3) Lizzie Allison was born ca 1899.
