They were the parents of two children:
(1) Nancy Ann Hannipel was born ca 1859 in Missouri.
(2) Meljer Hannipel was born ca 1862 in Iron County, Missouri.
Adam and Jane (Allison) Hannipel divorced ca 1862.
Jane (Allison) Hannipel was married second to Daniel C. Horton, Jr. on 12 March 1863 in Iron County, Missouri.
Daniel Horton Jr. was born ca 1832 in Missouri, the son of Daniel and Mary Horton. He was married first to Sarah _________. He and Sarah were the parents one known child, Martha Horton, born ca 1862 in Iron County, Missouri.
Daniel and Jane were the parents of the following children:
(1) James Horton was born ca 1865 in Iron County, Missouri. He was listed in the 1870 U.S. Census in his parents household.
(2) Joseph Horton was born ca 1868 in Iron County, Missouri. He was listed in the 1870 and 1880 U.S. Censuses, and the 1876 Missouri State Census in his parents household.
(3) Rubin Horton. Listed in the 1876 Missouri State Census in his parents household. Age Under 10 & 6-18.
(4) Jessie A. Horton. Listed in the 1876 Missouri State Census in his parents household. Age Under 10.
(5) Elisabeth Horton. Listed in the 1876 Missouri State Census in her parents household. Age Under 10.
(6) Thomas Horton was born ca 1870 in Iron County, Missouri. Listed in the 1880 U.S. Census in his parents household.
(7) Susan Horton was born ca 1876 in Iron County, Missouri. Listed in the 1880 U.S. Census in her parents household.
(8) William Horton was born ca 1879 in Iron County, Missouri. Listed in the 1880 U.S. Census in his parents household. However there is a line written across his entry with "DEAD" written over it. Gives his age as 4 months, born in October.
