Jasper Newton and Tressia (Spitzmiller) Henson

JASPER NEWTON AND TRESSIA (SPITZMILLER) MAYBERRY

Jasper Newton Mayberry was born 8 May 1861 in Iron County, Missouri, the son of Robert and Mary Jane (Henson) Mayberry . He died 7 February 1930 in Iron County, Missouri. He was buried in the Cove Cemetery, Arcadia Twp., Iron County, Missouri. He was a farmer.

In August 1883 at Iron County, Missouri, Jasper Newton Mayberry married Tressia Spitzmiller. She was born 28 September 1867 in Missouri, the daughter of Michael and Eliza (Turnbaugh) Spitzmiller. She died 25 April 1941 at Ironton, Iron County, Missouri. She was buried at the Cove Cemetery, Arcadia Twp., Iron County, Missouri.

They were the parents of five children:

(1) Pearl Mayberry was born ca 1887 in Iron County, Missouri. He married Caroline Grell.

(2) Rosa Mayberry was born 19 August 1889 in Iron County, Missouri. She married Newton Aldridge, Lee Dennison, and Edward Depew.

(3) Lottie Mayberry was born 1891 in Iron County, Missouri. She married Freeman Campbell.

(4) Clara Mayberry was born ca 1893 in Iron County, Missouri. She married John Sullivan and Thomas Dennison.

(5) Bradford Mayberry was born 20 May 1895 in Iron County, Missouri. He married Fannie Jane Hughes.
