DATE    4 May 45          

SUBJECT : Physical Inspection of Troops Preliminary to DEbarkation.
TO : Commanding General, Hampton Roads Port of Embarkation, Newport News, Virgina.

     1. In accordance with provisions of Paragraph 5d (1) AR 615-250 and AR 40-100 Paragraph 11, November 1, 1942, I certify that all military presonnel of Unit  TD E535-7   enumerated in the inclosed passenger list or lists have been physically inspected at   7:00   PM today and have been found free from vermin infestation, or the infectious stage of any disease. There is no history of recent contact with any infectious disease.
