After Ruth died, Daniel sold his land to James House, and moved toSalisbury Twp, Lancaster Co, PA.
He made his Will on February 24, 1755, dividing his property among hischildren.
Estate was probated on Aug 5, 1755.

brought to Wilmington, DE, sold as indentured servant to Quaker master.After his indenture, he worked as a laborer until he earned enough moneyto buy a farm. On Oct. 10, 1706, D.M. of Birmingham bought 300 acres inKenntt Twp from John Guest for �60; the land lay partly in White ClayCreek Hundred, New Castle County, DE. On Feb. 21, 1734 he and ThomasCampbell bought 385 acres on White Clay Creek in DE from the estate ofJohn Henzy, and on May 16, 1738, Campbell sold him his share for �260.In June 1751, following a lawsuite re: title to Henzy's land, Daniel soldhis share to Thomas Wilson for �800.
May 12, 1740, James Hutchinson gave D.M. a lot on Front and Water Streetsand Christiana Creek to hold in trust for a debt to John Richardson.
May 20, 1740, D. bought another lot in Wilmington from Thomas Milner for�45;
