Ferris: "Floyd Ferris has Kezia as Kezia Cross, widow of John Cross. Floyd's information on this branch is sketchy and confusing. [Chaplan Ferris shows Nathaniel marrying, 1734, Kezia (Blackman) Cross, who was born January 17, 1714 and died April 7, 1807 - she was the widow of John Cross.]" Children were:

Ferris - "He was living in Bedford, Westchester County when he enlisted and served as a Private in the New York Line during the Revolutionary War. After the War he returned to Horseneck; thence to Greenville, Greene County, NY where he lived for many years; then in 1810 to Ashland, Greene County NY; applied for and received a pension in February, 1834. He supposedly also served in the French and Indian Wars."

Ferris - "He was a Tory in the American Revolution and he received a grant at Beaver Harbor, Charlotte County, New Brunswick, in 1783, but if he went there he did not remain long, because, on a deed dated June 6, 1793, he was called of Greenwich, when he removed to Milton, Cayuga County, NY. In 1812, he purchased 100 acres of land in Genoa, Cayuga County NY."
