Sadly because of the number of spammers who have been abusing the automatic Guest Book, I have had to change it to a manually produced page. If you wish to add a comment to my Guest Book then please do e-mail me.
It would be enormously helpful if you could answer the following questions in your e-mail.
- How did you find this site?
- Which family or families are you interested in?
- Is there anything you would like to see added to this site?

I am still reeling at all the information you have. My father is one of the son of Gillyah May Streatfield and Horace Cork. He has been wanting to get more information about his mothers many brothers and sisters, and now I will be able to fill in many of the gaps for him. By the way, Horace Cork did become a member of the Metropolitan Police, but I'm afraid he never reached the dizzy eights of Chief Inspector. He remained a humble constable. He died quite young (in his fifties) from peritonitis as a result of appendicitis. The family lived in Kelvedon Road in Fulham for many years but later moved out to Greenford in Middlesex where Gillyah died in 1950, a few months after my birth. Gillyah and Horace had three childre, Horace and Edward Henry(my father) who are both still living and Greta who died about 10 years ago. I am going to dedicate much more time to going through your site. Thanks for all the work you have put in, and sharing it with others.

Hi Michelle,I was really interested to find your website. The relative that I am trying to trace is Lizzie Boneham. Unfortunately, it's not YOUR Lizzie Boneham. I thought that my great aunt Lizzie was married to Harvey George Leeson and had put him on my family tree and all their children, etc.. I sent for a copy of their marriage certificate only to find that Lizzie's father was Mark Boneham not James Boneham who was my great grandfather. So it's back to the drawing board. MY Lizzie Boneham was born in Bishops Tachbrook, Warwickshire in 1884, daughter of James and Alice Boneham. I have her details up to the 1901 census where she was recorded as Lizzie Becham aged 16 living in Leamington Priors. Nothing after that. If she should make an appearance in your future researches perhaps you could drop me a line. All the best, Lynne Flanagan nee Boneham

My maternal grandmother was Lena Blanche Streatfield. As you rightly say she married Albert Charles Baker, but they only had two children, my mother Doris born 1925 and a younger sister Iris born 1929.
I'm pleased to have found your website again after it disappeared from the other host!

Hoi Michele,
having read about your site in your Christmas letter, I got intrigued and had a little peak around ;-)
Love the pictures & tidbits! Looks like you've been really busy - wow!
I've been meaning to write up our family tree ever since the children were born. Unfortunately, I've never gotten around to it yet. But your excellent example is quite inspiring to finally get started (while my granny is still available for questioning)!
All the best, groetjes, Antje
