• Shoecraft Hill - North Boyleston, Oswego, NY Looking South on Wart Rd., just south of the intersection of Wart and Church Rd. The Shoecraft houses were on both sides of road about ¼ mile past top of the hill, Joseph Shoecraft on East side (left) and Matthew on the West (right). They came to Boyleston (then Orwell) in 1823. Top of hill is now Winona State forest, with cross-country ski trails. The town of Boyleston holds races here in winter. Further up Wart Rd is where the Shoecraft cheese factory was located.

• Jacob Shoecraft & Caroline Sammons - North Boyleston Cemetery This cemetery is in the NW corner, just north of the Intersection of Wart and Church Rds. Caroline Sammons Shoecraft, Wife of Jacob, Feb 9, 1755 - Jan 19, 1834. Jacob Shoecraft, Pvt. 4 Rgmt., Ulster Co. Mil., Rev. war, May 8, 1759 Feb 27, 1836. Flag and marker to right identifies Jacob as veteran of the Revolutionary War. Large stones behind are for Joseph Shoecraft and Sarah Caulkins. All stones in this area are Shoecrafts, Snyders, Borts, Huffstaters, and Pruyns.

• Joseph Shoecraft's house - Ellisburg, Jefferson, NY Joseph (Matthew Shoecraft and Hannah Dillenbeck) moved here in about 1848. This house is on South side of Hagen Rd, just West of the intersection with Rudd Rd. Matthew’s house was next door on the West (right). Allen Remmington and Susan Shoecraft lived across the street.

• Jacob Shoecraft's Revolutionary War Pension Application Deciphered (original is hand written and very hard to read) courtesy of Robert Shoecraft.

• Shoecraft Road, Penfield, Monroe County, NY Five Mile Line Rd. told the distance from Penfield Village to the Ridge. It was surveyed in 1813 by John Shoecraft. Shoecraft Rd. was surveyed in 1816 by Silas Barker and named for John Shoecraft, early settler of Penfield, who served his country in both Revolutionary War and War of 1812.

• Lake Shoecraft, View 1, View 2, and Sign, Snohomish County, WA. We do not know for whom Lake Shoecraft was named. We think it was R. P.
