McPherson Home Place on Brickyard Road
Shawnee Lake Area
The area of Shawnee Lake is north west of Princeton West Virginia off state
route 19 near where state route 10 turns west. The Clover Bottom
Cemetery is believed to be on a hill to the south of the Lake Bottom about
where the route 10 number is located on the map. A monument to the Clay family and the names of all
those know to be buried there is at the Clay Family Memorial Foundation.
