When he tells her that the killer is back for all of them, Hannah is plunged back into her nightmare. FBI agent Eli Stone has been trailing this killer for eleven years and joins Jesse and Sam in an effort to stop the man that killed his wife and daughter. He brings with him thirty-seven unsolved murder cases from nine states that share the same modus operandi and signature as the killer that’s after Hannah. The killer, is Aaron Chrispen. Aaron was incarcerated in Danbury hospital for the criminally insane at the age of twelve, for the murder of his grandfather. He escaped eleven years ago. Jesse calls in a friend, Zack Harris, a profiler for the FBI. Zack discovers that Aaron has been following Eli since his murdering spree began. Then they discover a link between Eli and Aaron. In the final showdown between Aaron, Jesse and Eli, only one will die, but which one will it be and who will be left alive?
