The woman with him is his cousin Bell Regina Mobley. I *believe* that she is Queen V. Mobley daughter of Andrew J. and Mary Jane BARNES Mobley, b. 26 November 1886 in Polk Co., GA and d. 13 January 1961; but I've not documented this completely so could be totally wrong. (14537A3)
