MARY ANN MOBLEY Miss America, who took the Pageant's first night audience by storm and who won the first talent contest round with a combination classical number and a switch to a blues song, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Williams, of Biloxi, Miss. She is a senior at State University.
The olive complexioned beauty is five feet five inches tall, weighs 114 pounds, has a bust of 34 1/2 inches, a 22-inch waist and 35-inch hips. She fits into a size 2 dress, and wears size 5 1/2 B shoes.
She has had four years voice training and six years of modeling. She goes in for raising horses and water skiing. She was selected National Football Queen in 1957 at Berkeley, Calif. and is a member of the University Players.
