100. Jay Foster MOGEN was born on Feb 18, 1961. Jay worked in health services at Aberdeen and Mobridge while receiving education in nursing at Presentation College in Aberdeen. Moving to the Phoenix, AZ area he found his wife Naela. They are busy caring for two young sons. Jay has great interest in organized athletics. He formed and managed an amateur baseball team in Mobridge.
