KIENZLE Trying to locate information about John Henry Kienzle, who immigrated to the U. S. from Prussia.  He was first listed in the 1865 St. Louis, MO, City Directory as a baker and confectioner.  Have not been able to determine what part of Prussia he came from or how long he was in the U.S. prior to coming to St. Louis.  On some records, the name is spelled as Kientzle, Kinzle, Kenzle Kenzel.
KIER
Family started in Gentry County, Missouri by Robert M. Kier (3) -- my Very "1st" Grandfather, born on 10/7/1803.  He and my "1st" Grandmother Lavina Sales Neal Kier gave birth to my "next" Grandfather Robert Helen Kier 4), and my "3" Great Uncles Jasper Newton Kier (4), Leander Kier (4), Floyd Taylor Kier (4) and my Great Aunt Sara Eliza Kier (4).  "My" Mother was Rosamond (Rosemary) Alberta Kier-Bolter, she is the Daughter of my Grandfather Robert Henen Kier (4).

I am searching for all of "Our Kier Families and their Surnames" from Our "1st Kier Ancestors who were Andrew and Mary Mathis Kier" -- from Ballymoney, County of Amtrim in Northern Ireland in "1785".
KIER, Rosamond Alberta
I have been looking for "My Mother" whose name was "Rosamond Alberta Kier" who was married to "My Father" who was "Edward Harold Bolter".  I am their "Daughter" and "My Name" is "Shirley Helen Bolter".  I am their "5th Child" and I have been looking for them since "1938" - when "My Parents" seperated from each other.

I, "Shirley" "have never seen" my Parents since this date.  I will be "84 years old" very soon.  I have been trying to find "My Parents" -- "All of my life"   I do know that "My Father" has passed away and he is buried in Southern California in a "Military Cemetery".

I have been searching on "Ancestry.com" for over "12 years now" for "My Parents".  I have a "900+Page Kier Genealogy Book" on 12 Generations on "My Mother's Kier Families and their Surnames, which I have been working on for over "12" years now.

Does "Anyone know "How" I can contact the "Court House" in Council Bluffs, Iowa, where I was born and find "a Death Certificate" on "My Mother"??? -- "I would Greatly Appreciate" any help from anyone to help me find any information on "My Parents".  I can be contacted through my email address "Directly" to [email protected].  I hope to hear from someone real soon. "Thank you kindly" in advance - "Shirley"

My maternal grandfather was born somewhere around Corning, Missouri in 1904.  His name was Owen Everett Knapp.  I believe his father's name was Nathaniel and his mother was Alta.  His mother died while he was a child and he was sent to live with foster parents in Springfield, South Dakota.  Their last name was Louden.  My grandfather later adopted the last name of Lowden so is known as Owen E. Lowden in official records.  Because my mother's parents divorced when she was young, information concerning his background is sketchy.  He had a cousin named T.V. Garner (wife Pearl) who was about 65 years of age in 1951.  My grandfather died in San Dimas, Los Angeles, CA in Nov., 1980.  My mother also has a half-sister and half-brother, both born in Missouri.
