First I do make and ordain my honoured Father Thomas Abbett of Hampton in the County of Middlesex to
be the sole Executor of this my Will and Testament
as to my Burial I desire that I may be buried in Hampton Church Yard not less than ten feet deep and that
my Grave may have Head foot and Round Grave Stones to it
I give to my Wife Eliza Abbett five shillings of lawful money to be paid by my Executor at my decease
I also give unto my Wife Eliza Abbett the whole of my Stock of Wine
I give to my Father Thomas Abbett my share of a Copyhold Premises adjoining Hampton Church Yard and now in the occupation of Meford Wooldridges and others and being part of the Manor of Hampton Court
I give to my Brother George Abbett the whole of my Stock in Trade
I give to my Sister Maria Abbett my Gold Watch having my name Engraved thereon
I give to my Brother Edward Abbett the whole of my Wearing Apparel
with respect to my Furniture Goods and Chattels of every description I desire that they may be sold to pay my debts
In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the twenty first day of May in the Year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four
