my wearing apparell to be equally divided between my nieces
after payment of my debts Funeral expences and the expences of proving this my Will I
give and bequeath all the rest & residue of my personal estate & effects to be equally
divided between my Mother Brothers & Sister

her last Will and Testament in the presence of us

This will was proved at London the fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine before the Worshipful Samuel Pearce Parson Doctor of Laws Surrogate to the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of William Abbot the brother of the deceased & Dean John Parker two of the Executors named in the will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the said deceased they having been first sworn duly to administer – power reserved of making the like grant to the Reverend Allen Fielding Clerk the other Executor named in the said Will when he shall apply for the same.
