In the Name of God Amen I Ann Ackland of Beckenham in the County of Kent Widow being in good Health and of sound Mind and Memory do make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

I give to my Son in Law Richard Hoare Esquire the sum of fifty pounds
I give to my Daughter Ann Hoare Wife of the said Richard Hoare the like sum of fifty pounds
I give to my Sister Frances Wyatt the sum of Twenty pounds for Mourning

I give devise and bequeath to my son Hugh Ackland my House and Land in Beckenham aforesaid with all the Outhouses and other Appurtenances thereunto belonging together with all my Furniture therein

All the rest and residue of my Temporal Estate both Real and Personal of what nature kind or quality soever I also give devise and bequeath to said my son Hugh Ackland

And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my aforesaid Son in Law Richard Hoare sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty four Ann Ackland
