In the name of God Amen I DANIEL ADAMS of the Parish of Wye in the County of Kent carpenter being by the blessing of God of sound and disposing memory though weake in body do make my last Will and Testament in manner following.
First I recommend my soule into the Hands of Almighty God my faithful creator in full and certain hope of a joyful resuretion through the Merits and Mediation of his only son Jesus Christ my saviour and redeemer and my body to be decently and privately interred at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter mencioned and as to the worldly goods wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I then dispose.

I give and bequeath all my Estate both Real and Personal to my dear and intirely wife MARTHA ADAMS and to her after over upon open afterwards only use that and shall the said MARTHA shall dispose of the same or of so much of it as shall be sufficient for the payment of all my just debts.

And lastly I constitute and appoint the said MARTHA my wife sole Executrix and residuary legatee of this my last Will and Testament (thereby revoking all former wills by me made) being fully persuaded she will make a proper use of it for her own support and for the maintenance and security of our two children JANE AND DANIEL.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 27th Day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty two. DANIEL ADAMS signed sealed published and declared as and for the last Will and Testament of the abovesaid DANIEL ADAMS in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the same.
