I give and bequeath All my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments Ships Vessels and Boats and Parts and shares of Ships Vessels and Boats Household Furniture Plate Linen and China and all my ready Money and Securities for Money and all other my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die seized possessed of or intitled subject in the first place to the Payment of my Just Debts Funeral Expences and the Charges and Expences of proving and Executing this my Will and every thing incident thereto unto my three Daughters Elizabeth the Wife of Isaac Mowle Sarah Adams and Harriett Adams and my Son John Boorn Adams to be equally divided between them my said Daughters and Son Share and Share and as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and to their respective and several Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever
But in Case any or either of my said Children shall happen to be then dead and have Issue then I give and bequeath the Part and Share Parts and Shares of such of my Children as shall be then dead having Issue unto their respective Issue and Issues to take only whatever have been the Part and Share Parts and Shares of his her and their Deceased Parent therein
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint
my said Son John Boorn Adams and my Brother in Law John Horn joint
Executors of this my Will and revoking all former and other Wills by me at any
time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Ninth Day of April in
the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and nine John Adams
