twoe children of my said daughter Bixe �10 a peece to be paid to their said father to their
use and for their better maintenance, within half a yeare after my decease, soe as he doe make
a good assurance to pay the some to them att their severall ages of 18 yeares
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Adye the lease I boughte of Richarde Woode wherein shee is ioyned purchaser with me and also �200
�100 to my daughter Jane Adye, which is in the hands of Richard Taylor of Mylton, to be paide to her with the profit thereof att the tyme the same is lymytted to be paide in my assurance made for the same
And I desire my Cosen John Adye of the Middle Temple to be ayding and assistinge to my
said two younger daughters in and about the dealing of their said porcions and bestowing
thereof for their better maintenance and advancement in marriage
I doe give unto my said Cosen John Adye �5 in money or a peece of plate of that value at his eleccon
I doe give unto my son John Adye the lease which I have of a howse in Huggin Lane in London and of certen lands and tenements leased to me by Thomas Crippes and of certayne lands in Sittingborne feilde and all my bookes and the writings that concern the landes I have given him or shall give him by this my will and all suche thinges as I have att my howse at Duddington
I doe geve unto every of my servants that shall dwell with me at the tyme of my decease 20
shillings a peece
I doe give unto my frende John Allyn of Fulsten 30 shillings to make him a Ringe
I doe geve unto Mr Foxson of Sittingborne and to Mr Baker of Newenham 20 shillings a peece
I geve unto goodwife West 20 shillings
The overplus to be devided equally between my said wife and my said sonne John Adye
Messuage or tenement called Greytt and certayne lands for my wife during the terme of her
naturall life, and after her decease, to my sonne John Adye
I will that my daughter Jane shall have those landes and tenements which I purchased of John
Buckherste, gentleman and his wife and of Boys Ower with all and singuler their
appurtenances wherein she was ioyned purchaser with me, to her and to her heires for ever
And I will that the writings thereof shalbe safely delivered to her ymediatly after my decease
