I give bequeath and dispose thereof as follows viz
all wages ready money monies in the funds or elsewhere all wearing apparel or any effects that is
due owing or belonging to me at the time of my decease I give and bequeath unto my dear sister Elizabeth Walfare
and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said sister sole Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament she paying to my brother a legacy of 300 stock 3 per cent Consols as the Consols may be at my decease
and I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness
whereof I have set my hand and seal this first day of October 1810

Proved at London the 17th July 1816 before the worshipful Samuel Pearce Parson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Elizabeth Walfare widow the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
