Appeared personally Samuel Fulton Buss of Plaxtol near Wrotham in the County of Kent Grocer and made oath that as none of the subscribed witnesses to the last Will and Testament of the said Peggy Allchin late of Plaxtol aforesaid spinster deceased now hereunto annexed bearing date the thirtieth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty one and he further made oath that on the said thirtieth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty one the said Testatrix duly executed her last will by signing her name at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of John Williams the other subscribed witness thereto both of whom were present at the same time and this deponent and the said John Williams thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each other Samuel Sutton Buss On the 28th of April 1851 the said Samuel Sutton Buss was duly sworn to the truth of this affidavit before me J.E.P. Robertson Jas Farquhar
