Item all and singular my ready money ( ) book debts stock in trade goods chattels and
personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever
the same be (after and subject to the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses) I give and bequeath the sum and every part thereof and all my Estate and
Interest therein unto my niece Margaret Alchin (Eldest daughter of my brother Henry
Alchin of East Malling in the said County Miller) her Executors and Administrators
and I constitute and appoint the said Margaret Alchin sole Executrix of this my will
and I revoke all former wills by me made. In witness thereof I have thereunto set my
hand and seal the day and year above written. Rachel Alchin Signes sealed published
and declared by the above named Rachel Alchin the Testatrix as and for her last Will
and Testament in the presence of us ( ) in her presence and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names in witness thereof

Proved at London 23rd September 1812 before the Judge by the oath of Margaret Alchin Spinster the Niece and Sole Executrixto whom administration was granted having first sworn by Commission duly to Administer.
