In the Name of God Amen I Nicholas Amhurst of Barrisett in the Parish of West Barming in the County of Kent Gentleman being of sound and disposing mind and memory Do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in Writing as follows that is to say

I give and devise All that my Moiety or half Part of the Messuage Lands and Hereditaments called Barrisett now in my Occupation And also all that my half part of three Fifth parts And all other my Parts or Shares of the Farms and Lands called the Court Lodge in the Parish of East Farley late in the Occupation of my Brother George Amhurst, And now of me and my Brother Edward Amhurst And also All that my Fifth Part or Share of and in all that my Messuage Lands and Hereditaments in the Parish of East Farley aforesaid now in the Occupation of Mary Kennard And also all my Estate Right Title and Interest whatsoever of and in the said several Messuages Lands and Hereditaments unto my Loving Brother Edward Amhurst and to the Heirs of his Body lawfully to be begotten

And for want and default of such Issue then I do hereby give and devise All those my said several Parts or Shares of and in the said several Messuages Lands and Hereditaments unto my Loving Brother Stephen Amhurst and to the Heirs of his Body lawfully begotten and to be begotten

And for want and default of such Issue then I do hereby give and devise All those my said several Parts or Shares of and in the said several Messuages Lands and Hereditaments unto my Loving Brother George Amhurst and to the Heirs of his Body lawfully begotten and to be begotten
And for want and in default of such Issue Then to the Right Heirs of my said Brother Edward Amhurst

Also I give and devise my Moiety or half part of All that Messuage Lands and Hereditaments in the Parishes of East Sutton Headcorn and Sutton Vallence in the Occupation of William Wise unto my said Brother Edward Amhurst and to his Heirs for ever

Also all and Singular my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever I do hereby give unto my said Brother Edward Amhurst he paying my debts and Funerall Expences
And I do hereby make my said Brother Edward Amhurst full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And I do give unto him and his Heirs all other my Lands and Hereditaments not before herein mentioned

In Witness whereof I the said Nicholas Amhurst have hereunto set my hand and Seal the first day of February in the year of Our Lord Christ One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six Nich: Amhurst
