The last Will and Testament of me Mordecai Andrus of the parish of Darenth in the County of Kent

first I order all my just debts and funeral and other expences be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
and I give and direct all my freehold messuages lands and tenements in the parishes of Longfield and Meopham in the County of Kent and elsewhere unto my dear wife Elizabeth Andrus

Also I give and bequeath all my household furniture plate linen china and effects unto my wife Elizabeth for her use and benefit so long as she lives
and after my said wife�s decease I give to my daughter Maria Andrus a part of my freehold situate at Longfield in the County of Kent namely five cottages tenements and buildings and an Old Oast house and now in the occupation of Evenden Blackman and .... with Gardens Orchard and Field known by the Name of Boddins Field in short all the Boddins Estate

I likewise bequeath to my daughter Maria three Cottages or tenements with Orchards adjoining situated at Longfield Hill and now in the possession of Munn Stevens and French
I likewise give and bequeath to my son Henry Andrus all my freehold and buildings thereon situated in the parish of Meopham in the County of Kent

and also I give and bequeath to my said daughter Maria the sum of three hundred pounds of good and lawful money to be paid to her by my son Henry Andrus aforesaid to be paid within one year after the decease of my wife

also I give and bequeath to my daughter Maria and my son Henry all my household furniture plate linen and China to be equally divided between them after the death of my wife
and all the residue of my property whatsoever to be equally divided between my daughter Maria and my son Henry

And I do appoint my three sons Francis William and Henry to be my Executors of this my last will and testament

In witness whereof I have this day hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th day of Sept in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six Mordecai Andrus
