First I give and devise unto my Grandson John Argles one of the Children of my Son Thomas Argles and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that my Messuage or Tenement Building Lands Hereditaments and Premises with their Appurtenances situate in Staplehurst in the said County of Kent and now in the Tenure or Occupation of ___ Suzan or his undertenants
Subject and chargeable nevertheless to and with the Payment of the Rents and Profits thereof (all Taxes and other Outgoings being first thereout deducted) unto Mary Argles of Maidstone aforesaid the Widow and Relict of my late Son John Argles deceased for and during the term of her natural life if she shall so long continue a Widow and unmarried
And also Subject and chargeable to and with the Payment of the Sum of Twenty one Pounds unto my Grandson John Argles one of the Children of my Son Edward Argles immediately after the decease or second Marriage of the said Mary Argles
Item (after Payment of my Debts Funeral Expences Probation of this my Will and other incident Charges) all the rest and residue of my ready Moneys and Securities for Money Monies in the Public Funds Goods Chattels and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever I hereby give and bequeath unto my said two Sons Thomas Argles and Edward Argles equally between them
And I do nominate and appoint them my said two Sons joint executors of this my Will and hereby revoking any former Wills by me heretofore made I do declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament
