I give devise and bequeath to my son George Arnold All those my six freehold Cottages
and three Acres of Plantation Land or thereabout with the appurtenances situate at Nash in the Parish of Ash
near Sandwich in the said County of Kent
And also all that my Leasehold Dwellinghouse and Garden now in my occupation
And also all those three Leasehold Cottages near adjoining thereto situate in the Parish of Aylesford
aforesaid with their appurtenances
To hold the same hereditaments and premises respectively unto him my said Son George Arnold his heirs executors
administrators and assigns according to the respective natures and tenures
thereof for his and their own use and benefit absolutely
Also I give and bequeath unto him my said Son George Arnold All my Personal Property Estate and Effects of every kind and description and wheresoever situate To hold to him his executors and administrators
And I appoint my said Son George Arnold and my
Son in law William Douglas Hewitt of West Cowes in the Isle of Wight Brewer
and Coal Merchant Executors of this my Will
