I appoint my Niece Sarah Caspell who now lives with me and my reputed Son George Beacon of Pleasant Row Sandling Street in the Town of Maidstone in the County of Kent Gentleman Executrix and Executor of this my Will
and I give and bequeath the picture or likeness of my late lamented friend Mrs Anna Maria Disney to my said Niece for her life
and after her decease I give and bequeath the same to my Grandson George Beacon
the Younger one of the Children of my said reputed Son for his absolute use and benefit
and I give and bequeath all my household Goods and Furniture Plate linen woollen and China books and every other Article and thing which shall be in and about my dwelling house at the time of my decease (except money and securities for money) unto my said Grandson George Beacon the Younger and my Grandson William Beacon the other of the Children of my said reputed Son George Beacon the Elder and my said Niece Sarah Caspell equally to be divided between them share and share alike
and as to the Sum of two hundred pounds Stock in the three and a half per cent
annuities standing in my name in the books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England and all other my Personal
Estate and Effects not hereinbefore disposed of I give and bequeath the same unto my said Grandson George Beacon the
Younger and William Beacon equally to be divided between them share and share alike on their respectively attaining the
age of twenty one years
and in case either of them shall depart this life under that age then I give and bequeath the same unto
the Survivor of them on his attaining such age for his own absolute use and benefit
and in case both of them shall die under the age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath
the same unto my said reputed Son George Beacon the elder for his own absolute use and benefit
I give devise and bequeath all that my freehold messuage or tenement Garden and Premises situate in New Rents aforesaid in which
I dwell and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my said Grandsons George Beacon and
William Beacon in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and their respective heirs and assigns for ever
on their respectively attaining the age of twenty one years
and in case either of them shall die under that age I give devise and bequeath the same unto the Survivor of them his heirs and
assigns for ever on his attaining the age of twenty one years and in case both of them shall die under that age I give devise
and bequeath the same unto and to the use of my said my said reputed Son George Beacon the Elder his heirs and Assigns for ever
and I declare that my said Executrix and Executor shall not be answerable for the acts or defaults of each other nor for any loss which may happen without their respective wilful defaults and I authorize my said Executrix and Executor to retain out of the monies which shall come to their respective hands as such expences as shall be incurred in the execution of this my Will or of the trusts aforesaid
and hereby revoking all former Wills or testamentary dispositions by me heretofore
made I publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
