First I give to my Son John Smith and his wife Elizabeth the Sum of five Pounds a year as long as they shall live and if they shall have a Child at their death I give to that Child eighty Pounds
I give to my Grand Daughter Ann Skinner the Sum of five Pounds a year as long as she is unmarried and if she marries I give her eighty Pounds in six months after her Marriage and then the five Pounds be stopt
I give to my Grandsons Edward and William Walter the Sum of twenty five Pounds each to be paid in six months after my death
I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Smith and my Grand Daughter Ann Skinner All my wearing Apparel
I Give to my Grandson Richard Walter my pint Silver Pot
all the rest of my and money Goods except my bed and Chest of Drawers and Linen I Give to my Son Thomas Atherfold of Bromley Shoemaker whom I name constitute and appoint sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made
