Also I will that John Johnson be Overseer of this my last will, by whome I will and require my iiij sones Thomas, Rychard, Valentyne and John Whome I do ordeyn to be my executors to be ordered and ruled in all my bequethes and other unbequethes according to this my laste will
And if any of them do stryve one wt an other or agaynste an other for any p[ar]cell or hole of moveables or unmoveables bequethed unto him or them and will not be orderyd by the overseer according and not contrary to my will, then I will that he or them that shall so straine and will not be ordered as aforsayd shalbe voide and wtoute [without] the moveables and unmoveables before bequethed unto him or them by will, and to be amongeste the other that will be ordered and contented according to my will
And then I will the Residewe of my goodes as well moveables as unmoveables, my dettes and bequethes payd, to be at the disposiccon
of my sones that will be honestly ordered according to this my laste will and testamente
