first I give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Avard the sum of one shilling
I also give and bequeath to my Son John and to each and every of my Children the sum of one shilling of lawful
money of England to be paid them by my Executors hereinafter mentioned
and I also give and bequeath to my dearly beloved Wife all my property I may die possessed with at my decease whether it is Landed Property money book debts or whatever it may consist of at my decease
and I constitute make and ordain Richard Ellis Senior and my Son William Avard Executors of this
my last Will and Testament who shall be Paid all reasonable expences attending the execution thereof
and I utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other former Wills Testaments legacies bequests and Executors
by me in any wise before mentioned willed and bequeathed ratifying this and no other to be my last Will and Testament
