The Residue of all my moveable goodes not bequethed I hollye [wholly] give to Margery my Wif she to dispose for the helth [health] of my Sowle and all Christian sowles at the daye of my buriall monythe [month�s] mynd and xij monythes mynd in masses diriges and other charitable dedes to the poor as shall seame good to her discretion
And I ordeigne [ordain] and make the said Margery my Wif sole executrix
and make Richard Raylton [Railton] Alderman of Canterburye and George Toft Overseers of the same and I bequeth to the said

This is the laste Wyll of me the said Richard Baker made the daie and yere above writen touchinge the dispocicion [disposition] of all my Landes and tennement in the parishe of Holly Crosse of Westgate aforesaid and St. Dunston [St. Dunstan] or ells [else] where witthe [within] the countie of Kent
First I will that Margery my Wif shall have all my said Landes and tentes. [tenements] to her and to her
assignes during all the terme of her naturall Lif
And after her decease I will that John Baker my son shall have the house I dwell in nowe wth [with] the tente.

And also after her decease I will that Richard Mallis son of Richard Mallis shalhave my tente. in North Lane
wherin [wherein] John Thennan nowe dwelleth to him and his hieres for ever

I will that after her decease my ij tenets. in Saynt Dunstons shall remayne to Thomesyn and Dorothye the daughters of Richard Mallis and to their heires for ever
And I will that the said Richard Railton and George Toft shall have the receite [receipt] of the profit of the said ij tentes. in St. Dunstonss to the use of the same Thomesyn and Dorythe till the said Thomesyn and Dorothye come to the age of xviij yeres And then to yeld [yield] accompt to them of the same
