the residues of all my goods movable my debtes and legaces payd, I geve and bequethe to Annys [Agnes]
my wyfe whyche [which] Annys I do ordeyne and make to be my executryx to se [see] this my last
testament and wyll fulfylled and p�formed [performed]
And as to my tenementes and lands wth [with] thappertenannes [the appurtenances] wtin [within] the pish of Lyd, this is my last wyll made and declared the day and yere above sayd
Fyrst I geve and bequethe unto Annys my wyfe my foresayd tenement land wth thappurtencs to Annes my wyfe and to her heyres for ever
Thes [these] beynge wytnes Thomas Olyffe Willm Gregorye and Necholas Pyx
Item my will and mynde is yt Mr. Thomas Baker Jurat and Robert Lawles shall sell my pte [part] of one Grave ? called ye Ellen and all ye monye of my pte of ye foresayd Greyes ? receaved shall goe to ye use of ye payment of my debts

Robert�s marriage to Agnes is not found � may pre-date parish register � Lydd�s register commences 1542.

Agnes Bachar (Baker), widow of Robert, married Nicholas Alight 20th April 1562 at All Saints, Lydd.
