Item I bequethe to Anne & Sara Baker my daughters to eyther of them ten pounds a pece to be payd unto them as they come to ther severall ages of xxj yeres
All the Residue of my moveable goods corne cattells debtes and Leases I wholye geve & bequeathe to Elizabeth my wyfe to the intent that she shall therewithe bring up my children discharge my dettes & Legacyes all my landes & Tentes [Tenements] of the Annuitie going out thereof to John Sharpe of Westwell aforesayd
And I ordeyne and make the said Elizabeth my wyfe sole executrix of this my testament and last will
And John Colman to be Overseer
This is the laste will of me the said John Baker by me made & p�sonally [personally] declared the day & yere firste abovewritten Touching the dispocion [disposition] of all my manors landes Tentes. and hereditaments
Firste I will that the said Elizabeth my wyfe shall have all my manors landes tentes. and hereditaments wth ther appurtencs [with their appurtenances] for terme of her life if she kepe her self unmaryed (she kepeing the repiracons wind tighte water tighte & payeing the Lords rents)
And if she after my decease happen to marrye againe Then I will she shall have out of all my said manors landes Tentes. and hereditamentes but fowre poundes by yere quarterlye to be payd by even porcons for terme of her lyfe And yf the sayd yerely payment of fowre poundes shall not be payd according to this my will Then I will that it shalbe lawfull for the sayd Elizabethe my wyfe to enter & destraine in all my said manors landes Tentes. & hereditaments and every parte thereof And the distresses the so taken to wthholde [with hold] untyll suche tyme as she shalbe fully payd
And after the decease of the sayd Elizabethe my wyfe or mariage if she shall happen to marrye agayne I will all my sayd manors landes Tentes. & hereditaments with their appurtenannces to Peter Baker my sonne and to his heires in fee simple for ever paying unto his mother the foresayd yerely payment of fore poundes
Provided allwayes and my very will & mynde is that if my wyfe happen to decease or marry againe before the sayd Peter my sonne come to the age of xxjth yeres That then I will the foresayd John Colman shall have the rule and guardiance [guardianship] of my said sonne untill he come to his sayd age of xxj yeres and during all the said tyme to receave & take to his use the yerely issues & proffites of all my sayd manors landes Tentes. and hereditamentes towards his bringing up and paying to my sayd wyfe the sayd yerely payments of fowre poundes
And at the age of xxj yeres of my said sonne the said John Colman to make unto the said Peter my sonne a full true & p�fect [perfect] Accompte of all the issues & proffittes so by hym receaved as aforesayd And then to paye unto hym all suche arrearages shall remayne due upon the sayd accompte over & above his bringing up and other resonable charges by hym layd out
