The laste will and testamente of me Richard Baker of the parishe of Chartham
Imprimis I comend my soule into the handes of God thro [through] the mediation of Jesus Christ my only Saviour & redeemer

Item I give my wife land during her life if she continues widdow If she happen to mary I will she have tenne pounds a yere out of my land during her life
(and) after her decease I will my sayd land to my sonne Edward Baker and to his heires for ever

Item I will that 20l vs iijd [twenty pounds, 5 shillings and 3 pence] to be devided betwixt Sara Turner & Rebecca Turner, my wife�s daughters
Item I give and bequeath �2 to my sonne Robert Turners 2 children

Item notwthstanding anything before sayd, I will that if my sonne Edward dy before he come to the age of 21 yeeres then my land to be equally devided betweene my owne kindred & the children of my wife, Robert Turner, Sara Turner, Rebecca Turner
but if she live till the age of 21 yeres then to be to such heires as she shall sett down by the last will & testament

Item I will my wife to be sole Executrix of this my last will & my Brother Richard Colf to be my overseer

Son Edward Baker was christened 17th October 1591, to Richard Baker in Canterbury.
Richard Baker married Beatrice Turner, Widow, on 14th January 1587 at Holy Cross, Canterbury.
