Item I give my wife land during her life if she continues widdow If she happen to mary I will she have
tenne pounds a yere out of my land during her life

Item I will that 20l vs iijd [twenty pounds, 5 shillings and 3 pence] to be devided betwixt Sara Turner &
Rebecca Turner, my wife�s daughters
Item I give and bequeath �2 to my sonne Robert Turners 2 children
Item notwthstanding anything before sayd, I will that if my sonne Edward dy before he come to the age
of 21 yeeres then my land to be equally devided betweene my owne kindred & the children of my wife,

but if she live till the age of 21 yeres then to be to such heires as she shall sett down by the last will & testament
