Notes:
Richard Baker was buried at St. Mary, Chartham on 3rd December 1625.
Richard Baker married Als (Alice) Slacke, Widow, on 30th January 1604 at Chartham.
I believe he was previously married, as his children were all christened before his marriage to Alice:
Richards known children (all christened at Chartham):
23-Dec 1582 Sara; 17-Nov 1584 Thomas; 05-Jun 1586 Agnes; 23-Feb 1590 Isaac; Feb 1595 a son *; 10-Apr 1597 William (Bu: 8 May 1599). * The entry was obliterated with a black splodge in the register.
Richards first marriage is thought to have been to a Susan (not found). She is buried at Chartham, wife of Richard, on 18th April 1599.
